Welcome to BearBebySpain ("we," "our," or "the Application"). This is our app published on iOS. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
1. Application Use
BearBebySpain is an application designed to help users learn Spanish through memory card games and other interactive activities. By using our application, you agree to:
- Use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- Not use the application in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers or networks
- Not attempt to access restricted areas of the application or our computer systems
- Not use the application to distribute illegal, offensive, or inappropriate materials
2. Intellectual Property
All content included in the application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of us or our licensors and is protected by Chinese and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any application content
- Use our application or content for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the application
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
3. User Content
Our application may allow you to post, link, store, share or otherwise provide certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("User Content"). You are fully responsible for any User Content you provide and warrant that you have the right to share such content.
By sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in order to provide and improve our services.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of our application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer the following subscription options:

Important information about subscriptions:
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
6. Advertising
Our application does not contain any advertising content.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using our application, you may not:
- Use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the application
- Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the application
- Transmit any malware or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Collect or track personal information of other users
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
8. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate our application or any part of it at any time without notice
- Restrict or terminate any user's access to the application at our discretion
- Remove or refuse any content that we believe violates these terms or is harmful
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or quality of any content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our application.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes related to our application shall be submitted to the courts of the relevant jurisdictions in China.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page, and for significant changes, we may notify you through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of our application after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
