BearBebyEnglish is an application designed to help users learn Chinese and English through memory card games and other interactive activities. By using our application, you promise to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms
• Not use the application in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers or networks
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the application or our computer systems
• Not use the application to distribute illegal, offensive, or inappropriate materials

All content included in the application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of us or our licensors and is protected by Chinese and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any application content
• Use our application or content for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices

3. User Content

Our application may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise provide certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("User Content"). You are fully responsible for any User Content you provide and warrant that you have the right to share such content.

By sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content to provide and improve our services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes account settings after purchase
• It is not possible to cancel an active subscription during the active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication

Our application does not contain any advertising content.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using our application, you must not:

• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the application
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the application
• Transmit any malware or other harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Collect or track personal information of other users
• Post or transmit any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others

• Limit or terminate any user's access to the application at our sole discretion
